Anand joins the Shane Homes family with over a decade of sales & management experience, and is excited to help you through every step of the home building process! As long as he can remember he has loved the home building industry and everything to do with it.

With his attention to detail & passion for customer service, Anand will ensure your home buying experience is one you won’t soon forget!

When he isn’t working with clients, you can find him working out at the gym and spending time outdoors with his family.

Troy Dixon

Customer service is Troy’s passion creating the ideal new home for his clients is his goal. With over 10 years in sales and over 5 years in new home sales, Troy has a wealth of knowledge in the process of building and a keen attention to detail. Troy won an AVID Customer Service Award in 2019 & 2020 falling within the top 5% of homebuilding professionals in North America.

In his free time, Troy loves spending time with his family, hiking, biking, skiing & travelling.

Bipin Mishra

Bipin has over 8 years of new home sales experience. Bipin loves every aspect of building a home from the ground up for each customer! He enjoys helping customers through the building process and seeing their dream come to life

Aleaha Cole

A new addition to the Shane Homes team, Aleaha brings 9 years of new home sales experience and a passion for helping people build the best home for their unique lifestyle. She is a sales professional with a lifelong love of new homes, having started while touring showhomes at a young age. She values client relationships as well as customer satisfaction above all and is genuinely elated to be a part of building customers dream homes.

When out of the office, Aleaha can be found on outdoor adventures with her husband, two young sons and beloved French bulldog.

Karen McDonald

Karen has been loving her work as an Area Manager in Calgary for the last 19 years.  A new recruit, Karen’s commitment to providing excellent customer experience aligns with the Shane Homes team.  She has specialized in multi-family developments making sure to gain knowledge in everything from project planning to home construction. Karen is curiosity mixed with a healthy dose of storyteller so she will ask questions about whatever parts of your story matter most to you and how that changes you live now and how you want to live in the future.

Outside of new home love, Karen is a performer of concerts which includes funky kitchen dances with her husband & lively car dances with her two sons. She can also be found painting in her art room or at any party making special friends with the household animals.

Andrew Goetz

Andrew boasts over two decades of B2C sales experience, specializing in construction expertise, advanced drafting, and precise cost estimating. Since 2012, he has excelled in custom builds across diverse property types, from townhomes to estates homes.

Recognized for top-rated customer service, Andrew prioritizes exceptional communication and unwavering customer care. Balancing a fulfilling career with family life, he cherishes time with his three children and indulges his passion for golf when not exceeding client expectations in the construction field.

Kent Palmer

Kent has been with Shane Homes for six years and was hired into the Multi-Family division team on December 15, 2016, as a Site Carpenter. What brings Joy to Kent is seeing the excitement on a client’s face on possession day. When not at work, you can find Kent outdoors – boating, fishing, hunting spending time with family and friends.

Drew Broadley

I’m new to Shane homes, but not the industry.  I love to create the homes of people’s dreams!  If not at work you’ll find me (or not find me) in the Crowsnest Pass.

Jess Chitryn

Jess has been in the residential construction industry for 15 years. Starting as a labourer, she has worked her way up to project manager in her time at Shane. In her time away from work, Jess loves to camp with her family and friends.
