We also offer access to an experienced post-purchase care team. If an issue arises, our industry-leading service team will work with you to resolve it.

All homes come with five-year coverage on major structural components, courtesy of The Alberta New Home Warranty Program. Plus, new Shane Homes homeowners receive a two-year extension focused on the building envelope.

Can I personalize or customize a quick possession home?

No, quick-possession homes in Calgary and the surrounding areas are sold as is. Because our quick possession homes are designed to be move-in ready, changes to finishes or layout arenโ€™t available once construction is underway.
