A builder known for its quality custom homes is now demonstrating what it can offer in Midtown.

Wave Homes has unveiled two single-family show homes in the master-planned community by Shane Communities located in central Airdrie.

In Midtown, the builder presently offers front-drive single-family homes from the $570,000s, excluding basement development, and front-drive paired homes from the $380,000s.

In both cases, these prices include the lot and GST.

Wave’s show homes are the 1,495-square-foot Mystique and 1,518-square-foot Monarch. They’re located at 4 and 8 Midtown Close S.W., respectively.

Both models have three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Each have airy nine-foot ceilings and luxury vinyl plank flooring on the main level.

They also feature open-concept kitchens with quartz counters and built-in appliances, and built-in audio speakers in the great room and master bedroom.

“I think it’s important to ensure buyers of Wave Homes are completely satisfied with their purchase,” says Ricky Kaler, owner of Wave Homes.

“The small touches we offer as standard can make a huge impression and we want to make sure our clients know we care,” he adds.

This includes use of wrought iron railings, barn doors, panel feature walls, among others.

“Midtown is a wonderful neighbourhood, built on a foundation that reflects what it truly means to be a family-focused community. At Wave Homes, we've taken this vision and expanded on it to create beautiful homes that are practical, original and fit your lifestyle.”

Brigitte, a buyer of Wave Homes, says the staging and decorating used in these homes speak to the company’s commitment to quality.

“Everything ties wonderfully together -- from presentation to design to the actual physical home,” she adds.

Wave’s paired homes range from 1,463 to 1,518 square feet and come with 240v plugs in the garage which accommodate an electric vehicle.

The builder’s single-family homes vary in size, based on the ability to customize. However, homes in this segment are typically around 2,300 square feet.

“If a potential buyer prefers a specific wall to be moved, it can be moved,” says the builder. “Or maybe they prefer one main floor and another upper floor -- no problem, the salesperson and/or design team at Wave Homes can work to create a home buyers are truly proud of.”

Midtown is accessed off 8th Street S.W. and is walkable distance or a quick drive to an assortment of key amenities. This includes sitting less than a five-minute drive from a Sobeys grocery store.

The community has an established shopping development with a Tim Hortons and several desirable outdoor features, including a large pond with bridges, pathways, and a playground.
