We are excited to share that Midtown is just the beginning of an exciting future for Shane Communities! We are fortunate to have land holdings in two premier areas within the Calgary area. We are currently working collaboratively with the City of Calgary and other area landowners though the planning approval process. Glacier Ridge has the potential to become one of Calgary’s most sought after communities. Although primarily a residential community, Glacier Ridge will be complete with numerous natural amenities including West Nose Creek, commercial and retail developments, and active and passive recreational opportunities. With so much opportunity for this exciting development, Glacier Ridge will be a premier community in Calgary.
Springbank Hill is sure to be a scenic and beautiful development from Shane Communities. Located south of the Aspen Landing commercial development, Shane Communities has 15 acres within the Springbank Hill Area Structure Plan (SHASP). This unique area is characterized by a breathtaking ravine system, challenging yet beautiful topography, and great access to existing amenities including the west leg of the city’s LRT system. The Shane Communities team is currently working with a talented team of consultants and members of city administration through the City of Calgary planning process.
