Realtor Participation Program
Do you have a realtor? No problem! Shane Homes welcomes realtors. During your initial visit to one of our showhomes, we need to know if you’re working with a realtor. You or your realtor must register with our Shane Homes area manager* and complete the registration agreement. Commission amounts will be negotiated with the community area manager, and terms of cooperation will be confirmed before an ‘offer to purchase’ is made. All contracts must be executed within sixty (60) days of client/agent registration, and the commission will be delivered once the deal is firm.
*The client must be a customer who has not had contact with Shane Homes in the past 60 days.

Home Safety
We value the safety of you and your family, as well as our trades and staff. Our ultimate goal is to have everyone go home safely and well at the end of the day. That is why we have implemented many safety policies and procedures that ensure the job site is a safe work environment for our trades staff and a safe place for you to visit your new home while it’s under construction.
As a Shane Homes customer, you will receive a safety care kit for your new home. This kit contains a fire extinguisher and first aid supplies, providing the many items necessary in case of an accident or emergency.
We have a full-time safety supervisor on staff to help ensure your safety and the safety of the tradespeople working on your new home. Additionally, we have maintained a C.O.R. (Certificate of Recognition) in safety, which is issued to employers who develop and implement health and safety programs that meet established standards.
Our field staff have first aid training and carry first aid kits in their vehicles. Additionally, all of our field staff have completed the Construction Safety Training System Program. To outline safe work practices, we have provided each of our tradespeople with a job site safety video created by Shane Homes. We have set the above procedures in place to help ensure the safety of our customers, tradespeople, and everyone around them.
Each of our showhomes is stocked with personal protective equipment, including hard hats. As an additional safety precaution, we require everyone visiting our showhomes to sign in and use this protective gear while the homes are under construction.
We'll Cover Your Legal Fees
When closing on your home, we’ll cover your legal fees, provided you use a lawyer appointed by Shane Homes.
