Do you have a realtor? No problem! Shane Homes welcomes realtors. Just let us know during your initial showhome visit, so you or your realtor can register with our Area Manager and complete the registration agreement.* Commission amounts will be negotiated with the community’s Area Manager, and terms of cooperation will be confirmed before an ‘offer to purchase’ is made. All contracts must be executed within sixty (60) days of client/agent registration, with commission delivered once the deal is firm.
