In November of 2014 we launched our Urbana in Nolan Hill street town project – the first street town project from Creations by Shane Homes.  We are now over 50% sold out of the entire project!  Construction is coming along nicely and our new homeowners and potential homeowners are now able to take a tour of each of the 6 floor plans that we offer, including the Verto, but please bear in mind that they are construction zones and you need to be dressed appropriately in order to tour them.
