Shane Homes Multi-Family has launched sales on the final phase of its award-winning multi-family development in northwest Calgary.
Pre-sales on condos in the third building at the Mark 101 in Sage Hill are now open.
“Building 3 is similar to the other two buildings but different,” says Tim Huxley, area manager for the Mark 101.
Among the changes are new floor plans and colours inspired by feedback Shane Homes Multi-Family received from customers.
The builder added smaller two-bedroom orientations to its extensive floor plan lineup and altered the interior finishes to a “more contemporary” look, Huxley says.
This includes lighter and brighter flooring, tiles, cabinets, and countertops.
“It’s just a totally different feeling,” he adds. “The response from customers has been excellent.”
In Building 3, potential buyers will find a batch of two-bedroom condos that range from 720 to 760 square feet. There are five plans in that size range.
In the previous buildings, options for buyers in search of two bedrooms were 865 to 945 square feet.
With smaller versions now available, the starting price on two-bedroom condos at the Mark 101 is now only $195,000.
“It has been working extremely well,” says Huxley, on early interest in these new floor plans.
The Mark 101 also has one-bedroom options that start from the $160,000s and one bedroom plus den orientations that start from the $170,000s.
The one bedroom and one bedroom plus den condos start at 613 square feet and 705 square feet, respectively.
In all cases, prices mentioned above include tax and parking.
Shovels are now in the ground to start construction on the third building at the Mark 101 with an expected timeframe for first possessions being December 2021.
A new show suite to demonstrate what’s possible in the third building is under construction and will be ready for viewing in late November 2020.
Sage Hill, itself, has been a key to the draw at the Mark 101, as well.
“The proximity to Stoney Trail is important,” says Huxley.
Potential buyers are also attracted to “being a little quieter over in the northwest,” he adds. “I hear that all the time.”
Quiet but well-connected.
Sage Hill is part of the scenic Symons Valley coordinator that boasts an impressive range of shopping and dining amenities. The development is a five-minute walk to the Walmart Supercentre in the community and an eight-minute drive to Costco in Beacon Hill.
