At the time this was written, Shane also had three exclusive lots for front-drive single-family homes with west-facing rear yards that back on to a scenic community pond and green space.

The starting price for these homes is about $615,000, including the lot and GST. This price reflects Shane’s 1,911-square-foot Alston model.
