Shane’s paired and park-front paired homes start from the $370s, including the lot and GST.
The park-front paired homes face a beautiful green space. 
All of Shane’s paired models are around 1,600 square feet and have three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
Many people who have chosen to buy a park-front option are right-sizers, says Kotchar, adding of their appeal, “There’s no street traffic, it’s just walking traffic.”
“There’s less house to maintain but they have the same feeling as one of our single-family homes,” she says.
However, Kotchar adds, these homes have space where it counts, such as well-sized kitchens and entertaining areas.

Shane’s paired show homes in Midtown are the 1,603-square-foot Eden V and the 1,676-square-foot Cascade III. Each boast a neighbourly front-veranda.
Both models are also designed with airy nine-foot ceilings and an open-concept design on the main level, along with spacious front-facing master bedrooms.
