The hiring process at Shane Homes consists of 6-7 steps. Here’s what you can expect:

Finding the right person for a role requires a thorough selection process. Applicants are strongly encouraged to apply directly through our careers page to ensure that their application is reviewed by the appropriate people and are organized accordingly.
Once you submit your application, you will receive an acknowledgement email. Afterwards, you can expect to hear from us within 2-3 weeks. You will always hear back regardless of whether you are selected to move forward in the hiring process or not.

We believe that the heart of our business thrives through in-person collaboration. The nature of our work requires us to be on site and in the office where we can build strong relationships, share ideas, and support each other more effectively,. therefore we do not offer hybrid or remote-work opportunities.
We love receiving applications from new graduates and are always looking to bring fresh talent to our team. While we don’t currently offer internships, co-ops, or apprenticeship roles, we provide plently of opportunities for new grads to grow and develop their careers with us.
