Richard has been with shane for 18 years and the last 12 as a Project Manager. According to him, seeing people so excited for their new home is the best part of his mission. He also loves the accomplishment of building a quality home. During his free time, Richard likes outdoors, camping, boating, quadding – and above all spending quality time with the family.
