Adiele brings over 20 years of experience across marketing, sales, operations, and business strategy to his role as Marketing Manager at Shane Homes Group of Companies. In Canada, his career has spanned Canadian Pacific KCS Rail, the City of Calgary, and most recently, Marketing Manager at Justin Havre Real Estate Team, Canada’s number one eXp Realty team, where he led multi-channel campaigns. He joined Shane Homes in 2026 to help more Calgarians find their way home.
What drives Adiele is the intersection of creativity and systems thinking. He has a genuine passion for building marketing workflows and automation that help businesses reshape how they operate and think about their future.
When he is not building something, Adiele is busy living out his very Canadian bucket list as a proud new citizen: snowmobiling, ice fishing in a shack, jet skiing, exploring the Maritimes, and finding the perfect retreat cabin to unwind in (preferably close to a lake).
