2. Qualifications Review
3. Phone Screening
4. In-Person Interview
5. Second In-Person Interview (if applicable)
6. Reference Check
7. Job Offer and Onboarding
We take a thoughtful and structured approach to finding the right person for each role. We encourage you to apply directly through our careers page so your application reaches the right team and can be reviewed efficiently.
After you submit your application, you’ll receive a confirmation email. From there, you can expect to hear from us within 2–3 weeks. We aim to follow up with every applicant, whether or not you move forward in the hiring process.
We’re looking for motivated self-starters who are adaptable and open to change. You enjoy taking on meaningful work and collaborating with others. You take your work seriously, but not yourself. And most importantly, you bring your authentic self and a positive attitude to everything you do.
Take time to review the role, learn about our company, and think about how your experience aligns with the position. Come prepared with examples from your work and questions for our team. During the interview, be yourself. We’re interested in getting to know you, not a rehearsed version. Authenticity goes a long way.
Dress in a way that feels professional and appropriate for your role. We want you to feel confident and comfortable whether you’re working with coworkers, clients, or partners. In most cases, business casual is the standard.
Our work is rooted in collaboration, and many roles are best supported through in-person connection at our offices and job sites. While most positions are on-site, we understand that flexibility matters and work with our team members when needed.
We are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected. Diversity to us means a wide range of perspectives, experiences, and ideas. At Shane Homes, people from all backgrounds can contribute and succeed.
