We feel very proud to have Shane homes build our home in Park Hills. From the moment we walked in the model, we were inspired. The process, we have come to find, has been extraordinary, specially compared to some of our friend’s experiences with other big name builders. Firstly, we had a custom experience, in that they literally created a different home plan with our specific selections to create our dream home. Also, we enjoyed 3 different design appointments spaced perfectly over a month and a half, and we felt like we had enough time to think through all of our options. We also learned that a lot of things that were upgrades with other builders came standard with Shane homes.
Our construction superintendent Miguel is an expert and the build process has been going smoothly and on schedule under his watch. The build site is always so clean when we visit. He is also great about giving us important updates and answering any questions we may have.
