Dave Rickett genuinely loves working in the home building industry. Over the past 40 years Dave has overseen many departments within the Shane Homes Group of Companies. Currently, Dave oversees all operations in Canada where he leads developer relations and land purchases. He is also the President of our US Division based in Dallas, TX. Dave values family and appreciates the fact that he gets to work so closely with them! He also enjoys golf and travelling.

Keith Kieltyka

Keith has over 30 years in the home building industry and brings passion and expertise to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, golfing, hunting, and spending time with family and friends.

Miguel Ivon

As our Construction Superintendent, Miguel brings 25+ years of Residential Construction experience in Dallas to the Shane Team.

When he’s not on site, you can find Miguel cheering on the Chicago Bears, on the beach in Mexico, and spending time with his Family (maybe all at the same time)!
