Browsing Day & Interior Selection Orientation

For our future homeowners and current homeowners.

We would like to invite you to come and tour the design studio! This is great opportunity to see what makes our 5,000 sq. ft. boutique-style studio so amazing!

Interior Selection Orientation
Join us every Saturday (except long weekends) from 11am-12pm to learn what sets the Shane Homes interior design centre process apart from other builders! To participate please ask your Area Manager for an invitation.

Bonus: when you choose to build with us you’ll already be familiar with the studio making your future appointments that much smoother!

For those who want to feel more prepared for their design appointments!

This is a great opportunity to be introduced to the options available to you before you start attending your interior selection appointments. From 12pm-4pm every Saturday (except long weekends) browse around the Design Studio and snap pictures of what you like to bring to your selection appointments.

Exterior

Choosing your exterior details is an exciting start in bringing your custom home to life. Get inspired by touring exteriors of existing homes in your community or visit our online gallery. Next, consult with your dedicated Area Manager or New Home Advisor (for our single-family homeowners) to select your exterior. Each community that we build in has their own architectural controls that we as a builder must adhere to. This ensures variation for elevations and home colours in each neighbour. When you come in for your exterior selections, your available colour options will be presented to you. Upon architectural approval, we will obtain a gradeslip from the city and can start building your new dream home!

The next step in the interior selection process takes place at Kingswood Cabinets, where you’ll work with their team to zero in on precisely what you’d like to see in your interior spaces.

With some of the big items and basics out of the way, the last leg of the interior design process will welcome you back to the Shane Homes Design Studio to indulge in some of our favourite things.
