Summer has come and gone and we are into Fall with temperatures dipping at night (and during the day for that matter!), daylight hours are steadily shortening, the kids are back into their school routines, trees are donning their fall wardrobes and resident chefs are busily planning extravagant Thanksgiving meals which is just weeks away (or they are at least wishing they had the time to start planning a bit earlier this year!).

We have been busy at Shane Homes as well opening showhomes in new communities, acquiring additional lots in communities we were previously sold out in and working on renovations at our head office.  As well as being busy at work,  our staff have also been busy on the home front.

What’s New with our Shane Homes Family

Congratulations to one of our Architectural Technologists, Lynn Fast who rode in the Sears National Kids Cancer Ride from Vancouver to Halifax from September 10 to 26, 2015.

Lynn’s ongoing goal after losing a daughter to cancer is to help change the lives of children with cancer.

Congratulations to Natasha and Brandy, from our Interior Design team.  They both recently built new homes with Shane Homes and they both just moved in during September!  They have promised to share more photos of their new homes with us, which we are excited to see and share at a later time.

NORTHEAST CALGARY

Stonehedge in Legacy, has just released a new phase and we are now able to offer our duplex homes again.  These homes do not look like your typical duplex, but rather like one large home, so the street appeal is over the charts!  Plus there are 5 plans to choose from and standard specs include: granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, central kitchen island and walk-in pantry (as per plan), a walk-in closet and ensuite bath for the owner and much more!
