After selling out 90% of Building #1000 at the Mark 101, we are now Pre-Selling Building #2000
The team at the Mark 101 is making great progress! This month we opened three new show suites, a new sales centre and are now pre-selling building #2000 with the release of 10 new floorplans. We are also planning for our Grand Opening that will take place on Sunday, October 1st from noon – 400 pm.

Three New Show Suites Now Open
Introducing our 3 newly opened fully furnished show suites in Building #1000. Our show suites display a variety of one and two bedroom designs ranging in size from 610 – 910 square feet to give our visitors the sense of what their condominium will look and feel like.

Now Pre-Selling Building #2000
The newly released Building #2000 has 67 condos with the majority of them including heated underground parking.

Pricing for building #2000 starts from $199,900 + gst. We also offer a down payment savings plan in which our area manager will work with you to understand how much money you will need to save each month for your down payment. A payment plan can then be customized for you to ensure that you have saved your total down payment by the time it is due.
