While sales at an award-winning condo development in northwest Calgary are down to the home stretch, there are plenty of appealing opportunities for buyers still available.
Located in the amenity-rich Symons Valley corridor, the Mark 101 in Sage Hill by Shane Multi-Family is now selling into its third and final phase.

At the time this was written, the development still had opportunities to buy condos with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one bedroom, and one bedroom plus a den.
For people interested in two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there are four options on tap starting from $256,400 plus GST.
There’s the 865-square-foot Alloy One, 911-square-foot Allow Two and Alloy Four, and the 946-square-foot Alloy Three.
Only one condo in the Alloy One floor plan, which is similar to the development’s showsuite, is still available.
This one is south-facing, which area sales manager Brooke Hawco calls a “huge bonus.”
With a substantial kitchen and walk-through island, it’s thoughtfully designed to fulfil one’s storage needs.
To provide additional meal preparation space, there’s still time to add an optional island to the kitchen, Hawco says.

The laundry area, with a stacked washer and dryer, is located between the secondary bedroom and bathroom.
Both the Alloy Two and Alloy Four come with a kitchen island and feature master bedrooms that — like an island — are not directly bordered by any other room in the home. This provides a valuable layer of privacy.
“They also have massive slider doors to their patios,” says Hawco. “That brings a lot more natural light.”
In cases where the Alloy Two and Alloy Four are located on the first level of the building, they each boast two patios, which is ideal for homeowners who enjoy entertaining guests in the fresh air.
For people who spend any time working from home, both the Alloy Three and Alloy Four have an IT Zone, which can be used as a work station.

Measuring 946 square feet, the Alloy Three is the largest condo available. People with an extensive wardrobe will appreciate its substantial walk-in closet in the master bedroom.
Both the Alloy Three and Alloy Four have space in their respective ensuites for an optional second sink.
The condos with one bedroom and a den currently start from $204,400 plus GST.
There’s the 705-square-foot Celeste One, which only had one opportunity remaining, and the 784-square-foot Celeste Two.
Unlike some condo developments where the den is a modestly-sized space with limited possibilities for use, in these condos it’s large enough to function as an additional bedroom.
Depending on the floor of the building, there’s currently the option to add a door to close off the den.
The only one-bedroom condo remaining is the 613-square-foot Blonde Two, which is $173,400 plus GST.
It has a northwest exposure and features a “huge L-shaped kitchen, so there’s a lot of cabinetry in it,” says Hawco, and the ability to add an optional island. This condo also has an IT zone.
