People in the market for a new condo in northwest Calgary have limited opportunities to buy at an award-winning development in Sage Hill.
The final phase of the Mark 101 in Sage Hill by Shane Multi-Family is now 75 per cent sold out. This three-building development has earned multiple design honours and helped Shane win the Multi-Family Builder of the Year title at the BILD Calgary Awards.

“Our layouts have been very popular,” says Brooke Hawco, area sales manager for the at the Mark 101. “We made some modifications on them from Building 1 to Building 3 and they have been successful.”
At the time this was written, the development was down to its final one-bedroom, two-bedroom plus one bathroom, and two-bedroom plus two-bathroom floor plans. There was also a single one bedroom and den condo still available.

The Mark 101 also allows buyers the unique opportunity to customize the selections in their condo. 
“Typically, you don’t get that,” says Hawco. “You usually pick from palettes A, B, or C. With us, we have a whole list of standard finishes and upgrades and they can mix and match whatever they want. No condo is going to be exactly the same, which is beneficial.”

Buyers at the Mark 101 have largely been young professionals but the development’s spacious two-bedroom condos have also attracted people downsizing from a single-family home.
Presently, the third building has had all windows installed and plumbing and electrical work is underway. Exterior hardscaping is underway, as well. Drywall installation is expected to start soon.

The Mark 101 is located in the Symons Valley corridor, an area stocked with shopping and dining amenities. It offers a quick walk to the grocery store, with both a Walmart Supercentre and Loblaws City Market accessible on-foot.
