Job Summary

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Support the Area Sales Manager in managing the customer relationship from beginning to end with a strong focus in providing outstanding customer service
  • Assist the Area Manager in selling a prospect and writing a deal
  • Showcase the features and benefits of Shane Homes to potential customers
  • Maintain accuracy, control and flow of all required documents on a daily basis
  • Remain current on competitive sales data and inventory
  • Identify and acquire new customers through telephone and in-person communication
  • Assist in the ongoing development of sales and systems
  • Attend bi-monthly sales meetings at Shane Homes corporate office
  • Participate in grand openings and community events
  • Assist with lead generation and nurturing duties
  • Work with the marketing team and area manager on social media strategies
  • Communicate with buyers during construction and provide consistent updates
Job Qualifications:
  • Previous new home sales experience is required
  • Multi-family homes experience is an asset
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Outstanding customer service and people skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail 
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Highly organized and self disciplined
  • Bringing new ideas forward and thinking outside of the box
