Shane Homes Group of Companies, a leading residential home builder since 1979, constructing quality new homes in premier communities throughout Calgary & Airdrie has an opening for an Online Lead Support. 

Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact and our customer's first impression of the Shane Homes Group of Companies. Reporting to the GM of Sales & Marketing, the Online Lead Support will connect with prospective customers in a timely manner and provide information and guidance to them with the end goal of setting appointments with area managers. This is a full time position and the ideal candidate will work from our head office located in Calgary.

Key Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to):
  • Lead Generation and nurturing– respond to all new leads immediately and build connections with potential homebuyers.
  • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of all Shane Homes Group of Companies home types, offerings, value propositions and services.
  • Communicate with all online prospects through various digital platforms such as social media, text, email, phone, live chat, etc.
  • Identify prospects needs for qualification.
  • Document all needs in customer profile for a smooth transition to the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales, marketing and I.T.
  • Schedule appointments in cooperation with our sales teams.
  • Update CRM daily to ensure all interactions are noted, properly segmented, and sales team is prepped for appointment.
  • Monitor and report on lead generation channels.
  • Provide preliminary marketing collateral that assists in helping move the customer to the next step.
  • Prospecting from current lead database.
  • Working with our GM of Sales & Marketing to ensure the company is properly represented.
  • Visit all sales centres monthly and connect with sales team members.
  • Ensure product knowledge is continuously updated and best practices are reinforced.
  • Escalate potential or actual customer concerns to GM Sales & Marketing.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the entire customer experience strategy.
  • Exceed sales goals and objectives.
  • Attend sales meetings
  • Work collaboratively with the Market Department to develop strong lead generation strategies
May require evening and weekend work.

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Sales experience (B2C)
  • Passionate about providing a top of the line customer experience to all prospects and customers.
  • Digitally savvy including professional use of social media and instant lead and messaging platforms.
  • Must be self-motivated, have strong sense of urgency and the ability to multi task.
