Construction Administrator

Shane Homes, one of Calgary's top volume builders, has a career opportunity to join its Construction Team at the Corporate Head Office.
The successful applicant will act as an administrative liaison between the Head Office, field staff, and customers.  This position also includes filing, kitchen duties and backup for reception as required.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic individual with excellent organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills and the ability to work in a busy office environment with little supervision.
Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Internet and Outllook.
Previous home building knowledge is an asset.
