Area Manager (New Home Sales)

Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, experienced  and energetic.  A solid track record in sales of new homes is an asset.

Job Responsibilities (not limited to):
  • Meet or exceed sales budget/target.
  • Managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads and qualifying prospects.
  • Managing the sale of a new home throughout the construction process until turnover.
  • Building relationships with the customer – exceeding their expectation and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Able to work showhome hours.
 
Job Qualifications:
  • Exceptional new home sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Thorough knowledge of new home construction.
  • Outstanding customer service and people skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and able to review legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Proficient computer skills.
