Twice a year, in the spring and in the fall, Shane Homes holds a company meeting which all approximately 120 staff are invited to.

At the meeting the President, Shane Wenzel, and Vice Presidents from each department provide updates on what’s new at Shane Homes and in each of their departments.

According to Shane, “The staff meeting provides a great opportunity to let staff know where we are at and where we are going.  It is also a chance for our staff to learn what is new at our development division, Wenzel Developments, and with our new multifamily division, Nuovo by Shane Homes.”

Years of Service awards are also presented at these meetings.

The longevity of the staff at Shane Homes is a testament to the loyalty they have to the company and to the company’s founder, Cal Wenzel, who attributes Shane Homes’ success to the people behind Shane Homes. “People are the most valuable asset of any company. We would not be able to build a single home without the tremendous effort of the staff at Shane Homes. Our success over the years is a testament to the loyalty, dedication to quality and skill of our team.”
