Receive email at different intervals throughout the building process to inform you of service appointments and important information regarding your new home. This information will be emailed to you both before and after you take possession to ensure you are always informed.

Shane Homes offers you our one-year comprehensive warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship from the day you occupy your new home.

We have dedicated a special section of our website to Shane Home purchasers. You will be given a username and password to log on and request service with your home care coordinator, view our extensive home care video library with demonstrations on home maintenance tips, view your financial documents, change orders and access key construction dates.

Receive Alberta New Home Warranty Program’s five-year major structural warranty. Some of the products we use to build your new home also have a manufacturer’s warranty that extends beyond our warranty period.
