Creations by Shane Homes

Belal Fouani began his career in the residential construction industry over 13 years ago, on the construction side, operating a construction company that dealt with home renovations and repairs. In 2001, Belal finished his real estate course and started working in a sales capacity, selling pre-owned and new homes.

Candice Albo has almost 35 years of sales experience in the real estate industry, beginning her career working on multi-family developments and then specializing in single family homes in the satellite community of Okotoks for the past 13 years. Candice holds a Certified New Home Sales Professional designation from the Professional Home Builder's Institute of Alberta.

Jeff Luif has over 16 years of sales experience with Shane Homes, earning the position of top sales person of the year for a number of those years. Jeff has completed the WPG Real Estate course and specializes in the starter and move-up markets.

Karen has been in new home sales since her and her husband bought their first home. "I had so much fun building our Shane home," says Kotchar "that I went to work for the company!" Karen joined the company as a sales associate and was promoted to area manager. Karen is very enthusiastic and her greatest reward is the look on her customer’s faces when she hands over the keys to their new home. She wants her customers to have the same fantastic experience that she did when she built her home.

Satwinder Notay has over 15 years experience in customer service with 10 in sales. She started her career with Shane Homes as a Hostess after building a new home with the company and for the past three years she has been working as a sales associate. “I enjoyed the journey towards my new home so much that I couldn’t wait to work for Shane and work with new home purchasers throughout their journey.”

Derek first joined Shane Homes in 2006 as a host, garnering him 4 years of experience in customer service and new home sales. He has his New Home Sales Professional designation from the Professional Home Builder's Institute of Alberta. Derek is passionate about helping clients achieve their dream home and finds it very gratifying to see how happy people are on possession day with their new Shane home.
