• Separate fiberglass shower stall in ensuite (as per plan) with white 4" x 12" subway tile to ceiling
• Pedestal sink with oval mirror in half bath
• Quiet upgraded bath fan
• ¾” Granite vanity countertops with drop in sinks and white 4" x 12 subway tile backsplash
