He has been involved in the building of new homes since the mid 1990’s and built his first of four Shane Homes in 2000. Since building his first home, Max has wanted to be on the other side of the new home building experience, helping customers build their dream home. He would like to provide the level of service he has received from his sales staff and strives to have a relationship with his customer which is respectful, courteous, professional, and most of all, to understand his customer’s needs and provide the attention to detail that they expect and deserve. Max’s biggest satisfaction will be the day he hands over keys to customers for their new dream home and to know that they had an amazing experience building with Shane Homes.
