Max has worked in the customer service industry for close to 20 years in managerial and ownership roles, working closely with customers. He has been involved in the building of new homes since the mid 1990’s and built his first of four Shane Homes in 2000. Since building his first home, Max has wanted to be on the other side of the new home building experience, helping customers build their dream home. He would like to provide the level of service he has received from his sales staff and strives to have a relationship with his customer which is respectful, courteous, professional, and most of all, to understand his customer’s needs and provide the attention to detail that they expect and deserve.
