We love our home!
My name is Lucinda Udoumoren. I am writing on behalf of myself and my husband. We have recently built a new home with Shane Homes in Evergreen Ridge. We love our home! This is a note to thank you. My husband Wilson and I have never been through this process before. As you can imagine, we had a million and one question. Cindy was very patient with us. She always had a smile on her face and a treat for our kids. If Cindy was unsure of an answer she found out promptly and returned our calls. She went through the process step-by-step and we were able to make better choices because we understood with Cindy's explanations. When we visited the design centre the ladies were helpful. We viewed our property often during construction. Once Cindy moved to another showhome location, she continued to follow us through the process. We appreciate her so much. It is with great pleasure that we are writing this letter of recommendation in appreciation for the excellent service/support Cindy Klassen and staff have provided over the last year. We just wanted Cindy and Paul to be recognized for making our home building experience a positive one. All our answers and concerns were addressed promptly along with a smile. From start to finish, we never had any doubts about the process or the quality of workmanship. What impressed us the most was the organization and professionalism that came from the Rainbow Falls showhome; we were more than a client, we became a friend. Claude has made building easy for us from the start and every step of the way because of his expertise and commitment to excellent customer service.
