Claude has made building easy for us from the start and every step of the way because of his expertise and commitment to excellent customer service. I glanced up admiringly at the stunning 2 story high black custom built ledge stone fireplace with custom hickory mantle on the NW wall and then to the grand kitchen island with the black granite countertop, custom wine rack and shelf feature, custom cabinetry, and rear island face covered in black ledge stone. The custom porcelain floor tile is stunning and the customized spa like master ensuite is as nice or better that the ones found in the $1,000,000+ homes in the area.

I want to start by thanking you for your dedication and flexibility you offer your clients. I am currently building my first Shane home and I must say that the experience has been an enjoyable one. Our initial need for building a new home was to accommodate the addition of my father to our family’s household. My father required a bedroom on the main floor as he is unable to climb stairs consistently. Upon our first review of the floor plans you offered in Chestermere, we found that none offered this main floor layout. However, after communicating our needs to your Area Manager Claude Smith, he was able to specify a floor plan that would work with modifications.
