2009 was an interesting year in Calgary. While it was not a recession year, it was a year for corrections in the economy. Housing prices have stabilized and our economy appears to be back on track for a good 2010.

While the year presented new challenges and complexities in business, by carefully managing operations and planning our areas, Shane Homes and Creations by Shane Homes had a very positive year. Some of our newer areas such as SkyView Ranch, Sage Hill and Walden have been even more successful than anticipated and the upcoming year looks even better.
