Here's how it works
Have a guarantee built into your purchase agreement that if your existing home does not sell by occupancy of your new home, Shane Homes will purchase your existing home at a guaranteed price.*
Upon Your Acceptance
A purchase agreement will be drawn up between yourself and Shane Homes, which includes the following points:
1. Shane Homes will purchase your current home on the occupancy date of the new home for the guaranteed price, unless the home has sold prior to that date.
2. The residence will be listed immediately but will not be placed on MLS service until approximately 120 days prior to the occupancy date.
3. The commission payable shall be our agent's rate of seven percent on the first $100,000 and three percent on the balance of the selling price.
